Testimonial from a Happy Customer

07 November 2014Air Source Heat Pump

We recently installed a Daikin Air Source Heat Pump for a customer in Braunston, Northamptonshire and received this lovely testimonial:

"As I write this I am sat in my lovely warm sitting room with the wind howling outside. No big deal I hear you say. Well actually yes it is.  I bought my house ten years ago and it came with a wet electric system which was extremely efficient but very expensive to run. It is not uncommon in my street for people to have bills of £1,000 per quarter!

We found a way to keep our bills down by only using the heating sporadically, but this meant we were cold most of the time.  Blankets and fleeces were the order of the day in our house and we welcomed summer like manna from heaven.

Enter Bright Green Renewables.

Mark explained how the air pump system worked, how we could be eligible for RHI payments, so we contacted some of Bright Green Renewables customers to get the inside story, by which time we were convinced and signed on the dotted line.

Installation day arrived and Mark came along with his team and work began.  Work was carried out by cheery chaps, interspersed by mugs of coffee and by the third day the job was done.  Everything was explained and Mark run through the control panel with me which saved me the bedtime reading of the booklet.  Straightforward and simple.

I only found out about this new heating system as I sat next to Mark at a dinner party, I asked him what he did for a living and thank goodness I did.

To say I am happy with my new system would be an understatement.  After a warm September and October where heating was not required, the weather has now returned to its seasonal norm.  So all it remains for me to say is, Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!"
