Meet the team

MARK PARTRIDGE (DIRECTOR)

Mark has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and founded Bright Green Renewables after designing and installing a heat pump system for his home to replace an old and expensive-to-run oil fired boiler. Based upon the success of this a number of local installations followed and before long a new business was formed. Seven years later Bright Green Renewables is at the forefront of Renewable Energy system design and installation and has partnerships with a number of global system suppliers.

Having originally worked for Jaguar Cars before founding a successful International Business Development consultancy, Mark is passionate about customer service, meeting new people and designing innovative Renewable Energy systems for commercial and domestic properties.

Mark is married to Louise, has two teenage children, and enjoys travelling, DIY and general house maintenance and renovation.

Rich is qualified (BPEC, Logic, Benchmark) to install Solar PV, Solar Thermal, Air Source Heat Pumps and Ground Source Heat Pumps to full MCS standards enabling full access to the Feed in Tariff (FiT) and Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI) payments. Rich also has a wide range of Renewable Energy technologies installed in his own home.

Matthew Cowley (Installations Technician)

Matt joined Bright Green in June 2015. He is a qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer and completed his 4-year NVQ apprenticeship in 2008 while working for a large company. Matt has a background in installing heating systems and spent 3 years specialising in Underfloor Heating.

Antwanette Brightmore (Office Manager)

After a successful twenty year career with Waitrose, Antwanette took a career path change and joined the team in the Daventry Express newspaper where she was Senior Receptionist / Front counter Sales Rep for nearly 9 years. Customer service is Antwanette’s passion and she believes that first class is the only class of service to offer. She also has a strong interest in the environment with renewable energy and the world’s dwindling resources at the heart of this.

Antwanette is married with two children, loves cats and enjoys cooking, music, travelling and has recently begun to learn the art of cake decorating.

Richard Ansell (Energy Consultant)

After gaining a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Richard gained over 20 years of experience in the motor industry leading the development, approval and implementation of a range of projects. During this time his passion for improving resource efficiency evolved, especially with regard to energy. In recent years he has developed this further, gaining an MSc in Environmental Management and Technology, becoming trained as an environmental and quality auditor and certified to conduct domestic EPCs and Green Deal Assessments. He is an associate member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment. He enthusiastically uses his skills and experience to help people to make the most efficient use of natural resources while also deriving an economic benefit from energy cost savings and renewable technology incentives.

Richard is married with three children and enjoys walking and music in his spare time.
