Renewable Energy Incentives - A SUMMARY
The great news is that by taking advantage of the various Government and industry Renewable Energy Incentives in conjunction with an accredited MCS (Microgeneration Certification Scheme) installer such as Bright Green Renewables, you will be entitled to receive annual, index-linked payments, which aim to repay up to 100% of your investment in a Renewable Energy system.
RHI - Renewable Heat Incentive
You will be paid for each kWh of heat that your heat pump generates. For an average size property installing an air source heat pump, this would mean that you would receive around £5,000 over 7 years, or for a ground source heat pump around £12,000.

FiT - Feed-In Tariff
You will be paid for every kWh of electricity your solar panels generate. For an average 16 panel 4kW installation, you are likely to receive over £10,000 during the 20 year term, with the installation having paid for itself within around 8-10 years depending upon the orientation and pitch of your roof. You will also benefit from the free electricity generated, so saving you even more money...

It sounds almost too good to be true....
..but it isn't. The RHI (Renewable Heat Incentive) and FiT (Feed-in Tariff) schemes are approved Government supported schemes to encourage the growth of Renewable Energy production and Green Energy use in the United Kingdom. The generous grants are tax free and are reviewed annually to increase in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI). They are designed to help repay the cost of your investment.
Don’t delay - The generous RHI & FiT incentives are proving to be extremely popular and may not be available indefinitely.
